Cancellation Policy.

As a small, independent business, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy:

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Cancellations and rescheduling are not currently available while we are getting established. Please make sure you’re able to attend before booking your session.

• Booking a seat in the sauna is like booking a cinema or concert ticket, if you personally cannot make it, then you can send someone else in your place, if you let us know the change of person. The seat is reserved specifically for you, and so we cannot offer a refund if you cannot make it.

• If you’re unable to make it, please let us know so we can offer that space to someone else.

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, technical issues), we will offer you a gift voucher or the option to rebook at a later date. We cannot issue refunds due to unforeseen weather conditions. Your safety is our main priority..
