Our Loyal Löyly pass includes unlimited community sessions for a year, redeemable at both sites. *Fair usage terms apply.

Our annual pass is genuinely unlimited for the year, with one session per day as fair usage so it stays available for everyone on the pass.

No, your Loyal Löyly pass is personal to you and can't be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else.

Loyal Löyly is paid upfront for the full year and is non-refundable.

You'll use the same unique code for both locations. Just select whichever site, Järvi or Joki, suits you when you book each session.

Subscriptions are for individual use only. If you’d like to sauna with a friend, they’ll need their own subscription, or they can book into the same slot as an individual booking.

Unused sessions don’t roll over, so we recommend booking them in throughout the month to make the most of your pass.

Yes! You can cancel any time, and we’re happy to help you pause your subscription if you're away or need a break. Just drop us a message before your next billing date.

Once subscribed, you'll get an individual code to use on our booking system. Full details will be emailed to you after sign-up.

Subscriptions apply to regular community sauna sessions. Private hire and special events are priced separately, but we’ll sometimes offer subscriber perks or priority access.

Absolutely. You can upgrade from monthly to annual subscriptions at any time, just let us know and we'll help you adjust it before your next billing cycle.
